Özyeğin University hosted OzU AI Research Day, a dynamic gathering that brought together interdisciplinary research in artificial intelligence, academia–industry partnerships, and visionary studies on the technologies of the future.
Held on Wednesday, May 6, at the Prof. O. Hacıhasanoğlu Hall in the Faculty of Architecture on the Çekmeköy Campus, the event began with exclusive morning sessions for members of the OzU AI Platform and continued throughout the afternoon with broad participation from students, researchers, academics, and industry leaders.
Faculty members from different departments at Özyeğin University explored the multidimensional impact of artificial intelligence, from strategic partnerships and corporate learning to human-centered transformation as well as its legal and ethical dimensions. Representatives from some of Türkiye’s leading institutions, including Yıldız Holding, Pegasus Airlines, and Eczacıbaşı, also shared insights into how AI is transforming the business world.
Organized under the umbrella of the OzU AI Platform, the event offered diverse perspectives on the future through extensive discussions centered on innovation, technological transformation, AI-powered learning models, cultural heritage technologies, humanity, and ethics.
