As part of the “Use AI Like a Pro” program organized under the OZU AI Platform initiative led by Özyeğin University, participants came together for an immersive training focused on the strategic use of artificial intelligence and its evolving role in leadership.
Held on Thursday, May 7, the session was led by Defne İncekara, AI Trainer and Strategist, who shared her insights into the impact of AI on business processes, its applications from a leadership perspective, and its potential to drive efficiency and innovation across organizations.
Through a hands-on approach, participants gained practical experience in guiding AI through effective prompting, integrating AI into decision-making processes, identifying opportunities for organizational transformation, and developing sustainable AI strategies for the future.
