The OzU AI Platform continues to bring together leading voices from academia, business, and technology in Türkiye to create a shared vision for the future of artificial intelligence and the world of tomorrow. Under this vision, we have hosted the event “From Dialogue to Action: Advancing Cross-Sector AI Collaboration” on December 5, 2025, designed to turn cross-sector collaboration into action.
The day opened with remarks from Prof. M. İrşadi Aksun, our Vice President for Research, Innovation, and Impact. Executives from member institutions of the OzU AI Platform joined us for an in-depth discussion on institutional AI practices, how artificial intelligence is reshaping organizations and entire industries, and shared priorities for the years ahead. Roundtable sessions in finance, retail, industry and law served as a valuable platform for participants to share insights from their ongoing projects, set shared priorities for 2026 and develop innovative ideas for new areas of collaboration.
One of the highlights of the program was Asst. Prof. Başak Ozan Özparlak’s extensive evaluation titled “AI Governance, Ethics and Industrial Transformation in 2026.” Her analysis offered a robust foundation for cross-sector discussions that followed throughout the day. By the end of the sessions, participants reached consensus on work groups, follow-up structures, and a clear roadmap for 2026.
